Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days; we will notify you by email if there is a significant delay.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

We offer Standard Shipping, with an estimated delivery time of 7–15 business days after your order has been processed and shipped.

Orders over $30 qualify for free Standard Shipping. Orders under $30 are charged a flat shipping fee of $5.99.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier delays, severe weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United States only, excluding U.S. territories (such as Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands). Shipping rates and estimated delivery times for your address will be shown at checkout. If you are located outside the United States or in a U.S. territory, please contact us at service@vagiavo.shop to check availability.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number, which will be active within 1–3 business days.

Sales Tax

Applicable sales tax is calculated based on your shipping address and shown at checkout in accordance with U.S. state and local tax requirements.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order, or if your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at service@vagavio.shop and we will help investigate with the carrier.
